How To Make a Pleasing Calendar

There are many ways to create a calendar that is elegant. This is my favorite way.

1. Get a printer-sized sheet of paper
2. Write the upcoming month in nice handwriting on the top
3. Create a grid that has an inch by an inch squares make sure that there are only 7 columns (the things that go up and down)
4. Write the first day of the week in the top square to the left and in the occuring order, write the days of the week
5. In the next row of boxes, write 1 in the day of the week that the month starts on in the left corner of the box
6. Write the number 2 in the box to the right up in the corner
7. Repeat the pattern by going to the next box, writing the next occuring number and repeat the process until you are complete
8. Making drawings around the outside to act a a border is a nice touch. Especially with a little bit of color

Today we are going to the school to give them our end of the year report. Highlights of this year inculde:

Hi. I just wanted to say that I Had an idea on how to study something (I'll use the Roman Gods as an example). Here are the steps. First, look on Wikipedia for "The Roman Gods" and scroll down to the list of gods in almost Alphabetical order. Next, take a screenshot of the web page. After that, go to photos and edit the screenshot to be just the way you want it. Last, change your lock screen to the screenshot that you just took.

I think that it is time that you found out about Scotland, since I am going to visit it over the summer. I have found many great websites....... First I should tell you that I am going to the library every three days to get the next Percy Jackson book.  Right now I am 2/3 of the way finnished with the fifth Percy Jackson book.



The  The Highland Games take place all over Scotland and are not just one big event like I previously thought.The History Of Scotland is really interesting; please watch this video with a clipboard and pencil in your hand, it may be short but it is packed with a lot of info.

Happy New Year

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
To all of you out there. Today is the day back to school for many kids. Today, we started class by doing a science experiment that had a lot to do with waiting. I started my project at 9:07 AM and right now it is 7:44PM on the same day. Nothing has happened yet, but something will happen soon.

Okay. Here is my experiment. How to make carnations turn different colors. Scientific Method style.

Materials needed:
-white carnations
-food dye
-clear glass
-time to wait


1. Ask questions*
2. Find out minimal information that does not give away the point in doing the experiment
3. Make a hypothesis
4. Check your hypothesis by conducting an experiment
5. Make a conclusion and write what you have learned
6. Tell someone what happened


* There is no thing as too many questions, I filled up an index cards with all of my questions. I will not give you any examples so that you can work them out by yourself.
